Material:	Carbon steel or 304/316 stainless steel.
Finish:	Black electro, hot–dipped galvanized or painted.
Service:	For installing in concrete forms to provide a smooth, sealable channel for piping. Waterproof sleeve’s are cut from standard weight pipe and are furnished with a continuously welded water stop made from 1/4" steel plate to prevent the migration of water around outside of the sleeve.
Ordering:	Specify nominal pipe size (A), ring center line (B), length, figure number and finish.
